If you want to have all of the rally signs with their performance descriptions including the principal parts at hand, you need one of the Blue Ribbon Dog Apps.  Pocket Rally is the AKC app for the iPhone and contains not only the signs with descriptions but a demonstration video of every exercise.  There are lots of other little extras included in this app, like random sign generation for practice on your own.

If you don't have an iPhone there is an app for the Android for AKC.

Blue Ribbon Dogs also has an iPhone app for UKC and ASCA.  These apps also have the demonstration videos.
